Can I use a photo from my phone?
Yes. Add your photo to see it in the design. We check how it will print and flag photos that may look soft or blurry, so you can review or replace them before ordering.
Will the example photos or words be printed?
You need to add your own photo to every photo space. Example names and personal details are placeholders; enter the words you want to keep. The design’s fixed wording stays as shown in your preview.
Will my photos or story be shared?
Your work stays private unless you choose to share it. Your print files are used to make and deliver your order.
Do I need to create an account?
You can personalize and checkout as a guest. Your draft is saved on this browser when storage is available. An account lets you keep your collection across devices.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Review your photos and words before checkout. The approved print is kept with your order; later edits to your collection do not change it. To cancel before production begins, contact us as soon as possible.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll remake and reship it, or refund you in full. Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Read our refund policy.
