Returns and refunds

Every Dearwing print is made to order from your own photos and words, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or the print doesn't match the preview you approved, email service@dearwing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake and reship it, or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production, usually within 24 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as you can.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
